Advanced Integrative Therapy  (AIT) and Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET) are transformational therapies used to facilitate healing in the mind, body and spirit. We experience times or events in our lives, which have left a negative imprint on us. Whether in the form of PTSD or another residual emotional charge resulting from a disturbing situation, these impressions can manifest in symptoms affecting our present day life.  AIT & TRET work with the root of  the disturbance or traumatic experience to release the emotional charge, as well as clean the body of any residual negative energy. It also works to resolve any negative thoughts you possess as a result about yourself, others or life. The process employs the use of muscle testing to communicate with the unconscious mind. 

This therpay uses a combination of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt (an existential/experiential therapy)  and desensitization. Present day negative patterns often originate the early years of life based on events experienced at that time. One way of changing these patterns or irrational thoughts about ourselves, others or the world is by revisiting the time the original decision was made and making a new and desirable decision.
